Ingredients
- 120 grams of butter
- 230 grams of dark chocolate
- 145 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 75 grams of flour
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Put the chopped chocolate in the robot’s glass and program a
- speed 9/10 seconds.
- Add the butter and program at
- speed 2 / 50º / 2 minutes.
- Next, pour in the flour, eggs and sugar. Put the robot to work
- speed 5/40 seconds.
- Then, in a cake mold, previously greased with butter, pour the contents of the glass and place it in the oven, which will already be preheated. Keep it there for about 25 minutes at 180º.
- After that time, remove the mold from the oven, let it cool and it will only be cut to plate it. You can accompany it with a sauce of red fruits or chopped fruits, whichever you prefer.
