Ingredients
- For the mass:
- 175 grams of flour
- The yolk of an egg
- 70 grams of butter
- 32 grams of sugar
- Salt to taste
- For everything else:
- 250 grams of almonds
- 65 grams of sugar
- The juice of a lemon and its zest
- 40 grams of almond liqueur
- 5 eggs
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Put the flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar and a little salt in the glass. Program a
- speed 6/20 seconds.
- In a cake mold, previously greased with butter, add the contents of the glass and spread it well. Prick the bottom with a fork.
- Wash the glass of the robot, place the whisk and then add the egg yolks together with about 32 grams of sugar. Program a
- speed 4/5 minutes.
- Booking.
- Remove the whisk, wash the glass and add the almonds. Put the Thermomix to work
- speed 6/12 seconds.
- Add the reserved yolks with the rest of the sugar and program to
- speed 4/20 seconds.
- Add the zest, liqueur and lemon juice. Program a
- speed 4/25 seconds.
- Finally, add the whites and mix everything well and then add the contents of the glass to the mold where you have the cake dough. Put this in the oven, previously preheated, for about 35 minutes at 180º.
