Ingredients
- 300 grams of sugar
- 13 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of liquid caramel, to decorate
- 50 grams gofio
Preparation
- We start by putting the butterfly on the blades of our Thermomix bowl and add the sugar, the yolks and the whole egg and program
- 20 minutes / 40ºC / speed 3
- store in an airtight tupperware and store in the freezer to cool until serving time because it does not freeze
- when we go to eat we serve in bowls we put the caramel on top and sprinkle with the gofio
