Ingredients
- 350 grams of rice
- 1 kilo of clean and chopped fish, such as sea bream
- 480 grams of rock fish chopped
- 1.2 liters of water
- 160 grams of natural tomato
- Salt to taste
- 150 grams of olive oil
- 6 clean ñoras
- 7 garlic
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Add the garlic and ñoras to the robot’s glass. Program a
- speed 7/5 seconds.
- With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the oil. Program a
- speed 1 / varoma temperature / 4 minutes.
- Then add the tomato and put the robot to work
- speed 1 / varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
- Pour the rockfish into the glass and program a
- speed 1 / varoma temperature / 4 minutes.
- Add the water to the glass and place the Varoma in the Thermomix where you will have previously placed the chopped fish. Program a
- speed 1 / varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
- Remove the Varoma and reserve its content while you strain the broth and reserve it.
- Once the glass is clean, add 1.3 or 1.4 liters of the broth that you have reserved as well as salt. Add the rice and program at
- spoon speed / left turn / 100º / 15 minutes.
- The only thing left to do is serve the rice with the reserved fish.
