Preparation

10. Add the water to the glass and place the Varoma in the Thermomix where you will have previously placed the chopped fish. Program a

12. Remove the Varoma and reserve its content while you strain the broth and reserve it.
13. Once the glass is clean, add 1.3 or 1.4 liters of the broth that you have reserved as well as salt. Add the rice and program at

15. The only thing left to do is serve the rice with the reserved fish.
