Ingredients

  • 6 large red bell peppers
  • 300 grams of dry cod crumbs
  • 3 clove of garlic, at least
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

    the day before preparing the recipe

    1. We desalt the cod by changing the water every 8 hours
    2. We put half a liter of water in the glass and the peppers in the varoma container wrapped in film and program
    3. 20 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
    4. we wait for them to cool, remove the skin and cut into strips
    5. crumble the cod
    6. we cut the garlic
    7. We mix cod, peppers and garlic and put it in a bowl, fill it with olive oil and keep it in the fridge for 24 hours so that the flavors mix.
    8. once that time has passed our plate is ready
