Ingredients of Potatoes with Monkfish with Thermomix

  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 monkfish tails
  • 1 onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • a red bell pepper
  • fish soup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of Potatoes with Monkfish with Thermomix

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, cutting at the beginning and pulling the potato until it “cracks”
  2. Put the onion, the shallot and 2 garlic cloves, the carrot and the red pepper into pieces in our Thermomix bowl and chop them all
  3. 5 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
  4. add the olive oil and fry
  5. 4 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
  6. We put the butterfly on the blades
  7. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, the paprika and program
  8. 15 minutes / 90ºC / left turn
  9. Add the white wine through the bottle and leave the bottle open to help the alcohol evaporate from the white wine.
  10. 5 minutes / 90ºC / left turn
  11. We put the fish broth or fish stock if it is made by us, perfect if it is bought, we recommend Aneto’s, just to cover the potatoes
  12. 10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 3
  13. Add the monkfish tails, along with the 2 garlic and parsley previously crushed in a mortar
  14. 10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 3
