Ingredients of Russian salad with GM pot

3 medium carrots
5 large potatoes
1 can of tuna
3 eggs
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise
125 grams of frozen peas

Preparation of Russian salad with GM pot

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate below:
Both the carrots and the potatoes, peel them and then add them to the pot along with the eggs and peas as well as the salt.
Cover them with water and close the GM pot. Make sure that the valve is closed and put it to work in
stew menu / medium pressure / 120º / 10 minutes.
After that time, open the pot and remove the water.
In a bowl add the potatoes, peas and carrots as well as mayonnaise. Move it all very well.
Peel and chop the eggs to add them to the aforementioned bowl along with another layer of mayonnaise.
Drain the tuna and add it to the bowl as well. Mix everything very well and put the bowl in the refrigerator to cool something before serving.
If you wish, you can add anything from roasted pepper strips to olives, for example, to the mix.
