Preparation of Christmas Rice with Thermomix

1. Place the walnut in the glass, chop

7. Place the celery in the glass, chop

9. Transfer to the same bowl as the walnut and reserve.
10. Place the water, white wine, chicken concentrate, onion powder, salt and oil in the glass. Place the basket inside the glass. Add the rice and cook
11. 20 minutes /100°C / speed 4
12. Remove the basket with the notch of the spatula. Transfer the rice to a bowl, let cool for 10 minutes, and add the blueberries, celery, parsley, and walnut.
13. Mix with the help of the spatula.
14. Serve warm or at room temperature.
