2 tablespoons of lemon juice (or 2 drops of rennet)
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons of chopped chives
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
We begin by placing the milk and heavy cream in the thermomix glass, program. 7 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 1.
Then place the butterfly on the blades of the thermomix glass, pour in the lemon juice or the drops of rennet and program. 5 minutes / Speed 3.
Once everything is mixed, place a bowl, a strainer and a cloth or muslin (clean of course), pour the mixture over it, leaving the curd or cheese inside the cloth, form a ball and drain, passing through the strainer all the soil that comes out.
Once the cheese is drained, place it in a bowl and add the garlic powder, the finely chopped chives and the parsley. Also add salt and pepper and mix everything well.
Let it cool down before eating for about 3 or 4 hours.
