Panallets with thermomix
The panellets are a traditional sweet in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, prepared to be consumed on November 1, the feast of All Saints, The first dates are already arriving and the typical celebrations recipes.

Ingredients
- 350 grams sugar
- 500 grams ground almonds
- Grated lemon (only yellow part)
- 2 or 3 eggs (measurement depends)
- Pinions
- Chopped almonds
- grated coconut
- chocolate powder
- Nuts
Instructions
- We put in the thermomix the almonds, the lemon zest and the sugar, mix without time at spike speed (1 minute or so).
- Incorporate the first egg by the mouth and mix well, then add the second and continue mixing, if the dough comes off well the walls will be ready, if we do not add another egg.
- We let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- Panallets of pine nuts: we take a little dough we mix it with pine nuts and we make balls. Then we paint them with egg.
- Panallets of almonds: we take a little dough and shape a figure (to taste) the batter through the ground almond and paint with egg.
- Panallets of coconut: we mix the part of dough that we will use with the grated coconut and we give it form as of ^ mountain ^ we paint with egg only the tip.
- Panallets of chocolate: we take the part of dough that we are going to use and we mix it with the cocoa powder and we form balls, (I do not paint them with the egg).
- We put the tray in the oven 12 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Go controlling the time not all ovens are the same.
