Ingredients for 4 to 6 servings of Caramel and Cookie Cream:

about 130 g of caramel sauce
200 g Spekulatius
200 g of cream
250 g mascarpone
150 g Greek yogurt
100 g Quark cheese
30 g brightest syrup
1 sprig of vanilla pod
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of ginger
a pinch of ground clove

Preparation Cream of caramel and biscuit with Thermomix
