Nutella mousse with Thermomix

Instructions

1. First we leave the icing sugar ready, we put 60 grams of sugar and we program 10 seconds / speed 10.
2. We reserve the sugar in a bowl, then we will take the cream to assemble (minimum 35% fat) and it must be very cold as always when we want to whip cream.
3. We put the butterfly on the blades and put the 400 grams of cream in our thermomix cup and with the cup we set without time / speed 3.
4. Let's watch until the cream is mounted.
5. Once assembled, put it in a bowl and then put 3/4 of the icing sugar with the cream and with a spatula, stir it together.
6. We now put 200 grams of Nutella and put it in a glass and melt it in the microwave (about 40 seconds) slowly combine the cream with melted nutella, and stir, do not put more than 2 tablespoons of melted nutella at once with the cream so you do not get off, put 2 stir, then another 2 stir, until you put everything together, leave a couple of nutella charades for the next step.
7. Now we go for the biscuit base, I like it more as it is with Digestive cookies, but everyone can use the ones they want, for that we place the cookies in our glass and shred 7 seconds / speed 6.
8. Once crushed the cookies we put it in a bowl and we put 2 tablespoons of nutella and stir until they make a paste, with that paste we put it in the base of the glasses, then we fill the glasses of the cream with the Nutella
