Ingredientes

  • 150 grams of condensed milk
  • 400 grams of whole milk
  • 2 sachets of curd
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • Decor:
  • 3 cookies oreo White chocolate in pieces or cookies oreo minis
  • Utensils:
  • Removable mold of 20 - 23 centimeters suitable for refrigerator

Preparación

  1. Just as we have prepared the list of ingredients, we also began the preparation of this exquisite oreo cake step by step.
  2. Begin by preparing the base of the cake. Place the oreo cookies in the thermomix cup without separating them from the cream and butter at room temperature (if you want to melt it previously to make it easier to integrate with the cookies, no problem) program 7 seconds / speed 10.
  3. Then, add this cookie dough to the bottom of the removable mold, (before greasing the mold a little to make it easier to unmold), distribute well throughout the base and crush with the help of a spoon until it is uniform. Reserve for a few minutes.
  4. Immediately, in the glass of the thermomix (after cleaning it and dry it well) add the cream, the whole milk, the condensed milk, the two sachets of curd and the white chocolate cut into pieces, set 10 minutes / Temperature 100 ° / Speed ​​3.
  5. Once this time has finished, let the mixture rest in the same glass of the thermomix for a few minutes.
  6. Very carefully, in order not to spoil the base of cookies that we have already ready in the removable mold, add the cake mix.
  7. Refrigerate for 24 hours, the most advisable for the preparation to have a good fruit set and the result is as expected.
  8. To decorate there are infinite ways, the ideal is to show in the presentation the main ingredient (s) of the recipe.
  9. So we suggest crushing some oreo cookies, this time without the filling cream. Use the thermomix in the same way to obtain a fine cookie powder, giving some turbo hits.
