In order to prepare this recipe, what you need to do is gather the following products:
100 grams of sugar.
100 grams of the roasted nuts that you like the most, such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts.
100 grams of flour.
100 grams of egg whites.

Instructions

Once you have gathered all these ingredients, do not hesitate to proceed to put on your apron and undertake the following instructions:
Add flour and sugar to the robot's glass. Then it will be programmed at speed 10 for approximately 15 seconds.
That mixture will be put in a bowl or container next to the nuts.
Afterwards, the butterfly will be placed on the blades, after having cleaned the glass well, and the clear ones are added to program the Thermomix at speed 3 ½ for about 2 minutes to assemble them.
Then the egg whites will be added to the aforementioned bowl and everything will be mixed well.
Then, in a mold for the oven will be placed the corresponding paper and the aforementioned mixture will be added.
It will proceed to introduce it in that appliance, previously preheated, to have it there for about 25 minutes at about 180 ° C.
