Preparation

3. Once the butter has melted, add the Nesquik chocolate drink powder and program.
4. 20 seconds / Speed ​​4.
5. Later, add only the yolks of the eggs, program.
6. 4 minutes / Temperature 60° / Speed ​​2.
7. Pour the mixture into a container or bowl and let cool for a few minutes.
8. Meanwhile, wash and dry the glass of the thermomix very well, so that there is no residue of fat. Place the butterfly and pour the egg whites to make the mount, program.
9. 4 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed ​​3.5.
10. Ready the egg whites to the point of snow, add little by little to the chocolate mixture, very slowly mix with the spatula, without making sudden movements.
11. Pour the mousse into individual molds or verrines and refrigerate approximately 4 – 5 hours.
12. When serving, you can sprinkle a little powder for Nesquik chocolate drink on the surface or decorate with red or dried fruits, with any option it works very well.
