Ingredients
510 grams of mascarpone
110 grams of chocolate in pieces
2 egg yolks
80 grams of milk
1 egg
140 grams of sugar
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the butterfly on the robot blades.
Add the egg, the yolks and the sugar to the glass. Program a
speed 4/4 minutes.
Remove the butterfly and reprogram to
speed 2/1 minute.
In the previous step, add the mascarpone during that minute.
The contents of the glass pour it into a bowl and store it in the refrigerator.
Pour the chocolate into the glass and program
speed 8/10 seconds.
Then add the milk and program at
speed 4 / 50º / 3 minutes.
Take the reserved thing out of the refrigerator and add half of that bowl to half of the contents of the glass. Stir everything well with a spatula.
Take the glasses and in each one pour a base of the mixture that you have prepared, over one of the mascarpone that you had in the fridge and, above this, another of the contents of the glass.
When you have done all that with the glasses, put these in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
