Ingredients

For the base:
205 grams of cookies
80 grams of butter
For the peach mousse:
1 large jar of peach in syrup
252 grams of peach liquid in syrup
1 envelope of pineapple gelatin powder
252 grams of condensed milk

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
For the base, add the cookies and butter to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 7/20 seconds.
Take a cake tin and pour the contents of the glass into it. Distribute it well for that one and reserve in the refrigerator.
Wash the Thermomix bowl and then add the pineapple jelly and the peach liquid. Program a
speed 4 / 90º / 3 minutes.
Add the milk and the drained peach. Program a
speed 7/20 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass into the mold that you have in the fridge. Distribute it well and put it back in that for at least 5 hours before serving the cake.
