Ingredients

160 milliliters of coconut milk
210 grams of clean and chopped pineapple
6 tablespoons of flour
3 eggs, whites and yolks separated
55 grams of sugar

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the pineapple in the glass and program
speed 10 / 20 seconds.
Then, add the coconut milk and program at
turbo speed / 10 seconds.
Next, strain the contents of the glass and reserve it.
To the glass pour the sugar and the yolks. Start the robot at
speed 3 / 3 minutes.
Then add the flour and reserved juice. program to
speed 4 / 20 seconds.
Reserve the contents of the glass and then pour the egg whites into the glass, where you will have placed the whisk. Mount them by programming to
speed 3 ½ / 4 minutes.
Pour the content of the glass to which you have reserved. Mix everything well and pour the mixture into small molds. You should put these in the oven, previously preheated, and you should keep them there for 15 minutes at 180º.
