Our mackerel meatballs, called this way in some places of the north like Cantabria, also called mackerel or sardinian a delicious oily fish, which unfortunately has a lot of bones so the first thing we have to do is clean it well and remove all the bones

Ingredients
- For the meatballs
- 600 grams of mackerel
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
- For the green sauce
- chopped parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 grams of extra virgin olive oil
- 100 grams of white wine
- 300 grams of fish stock (I recommend broth aneto)
- salt
Instructions
- We start by putting the breadcrumbs and garlic in our thermomix glass and make a flavored breadcrumb for what we programmed: 15 seconds / speed 10
- Add the very clean and boneless mackerel to the glass in pieces and set : 10 seconds / speed 4
- Now put the egg, salt and pepper and knead 2 minutes / speed spike
- Take the dough out of the glass and make little balls with the mixture and put them in flour and set aside
- Preparation of the green sauce:
- Put the garlic in our glass and chop 3 seconds / speed 6
- With the spatula we lower the garlic remains towards the blades and we give it again 3 seconds / speed 3
- Add the oil and fry with the beaker removed for 8 minutes/variety/speed 1
- We add the wine and without the glass so that the alcohol evaporates and we program 2 minutes / varoma / speed 1
- We put the broth, and put the basket in position with the reserved meatballs inside and program 10 minutes / varoma / speed 1
- Put the mackerel meatballs in a bowl and set aside. Add the chopped parsley to the glass and set aside 8 seconds / speed 2
- we pour the green sauce over the reserved meatballs and ready to eat...
