Ingredients
- 250 grams of onions or chives
- 500 grams of Eggplant , unpeeled
- 50 grams of olive oil

- 1 heaping tablespoon oregano
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions

- Add the chopped onions and the rest of the ingredients, program 30 minutes,
- Varoma temperature, turn left spoon speed.
- In half the time stop and lower what is left on the walls.
- Restify the seasoning.
- Presentation, look for a circular mold and fill by pressing to make it compact.
