250 grams of onions or chives
500 grams of Eggplant , unpeeled
50 grams of olive oil
30 grams of pine nuts
1 heaping tablespoon oregano
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

seconds, speed 5.
Add the chopped onions and the rest of the ingredients, program 30 minutes,
Varoma temperature, turn left spoon speed.
