Ingredients
- For the mass:
- 2 eggs
- 2 large zucchini
- Salt to taste
- For the filling:
- 4 asparagus
- 510 grams of onion in julienne
- 75 grams of red pepper in strips
- 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into strips
- 75 grams of green pepper in strips
- Olive oil
- 310 grams of chicken meat in strips
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Let’s start with the dough. Add the zucchini to the robot’s glass and program a
- speed 5/4 seconds.
- Drain your water and reserve.
- Put the eggs and program
- speed 3/12 seconds.
- Then add the zucchini and the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Put the Thermomix to work
- speed 1 / reverse turn / 1 minute.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and on that place half of the dough well spread. Put it in the oven, previously preheated, for about 20 minutes at 180º. This step will have to be repeated with the other half of the dough.
- For the filling, meanwhile, add about 22 grams of olive oil and the onion to the glass. In the Varoma, place the rest of the ingredients and put that in the robot. Program a
- spoon speed / reverse turn / Varoma temperature / 26 minutes.
- Then you will only have to fill the crepes with the contents of the glass and, if you want, you can add cheese on top.
