When you have made the purchase, follow the steps that we indicate:
In a bowl, mix the cubes, parsley and garlic.
With the help of a meat mallet, stretch the loin fillets.
On each of its sides add a little of the mixture from the bowl. Then proceed to roll them up.
Then pass the flamenquines first through the beaten eggs and then add the breadcrumbs.
Set the fryer to preheat to
180º / 5 minutes.
Then, after pouring a little oil on them and on the fryer basket, put the flamenquines in the fryer and program to
200º / 20 minutes.
In the previous step, when the 10 minutes are up. Turn the flamenquines over so that they are done well.
