- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried Herbes de Provence
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika
- 10 grams of olive oil
- 30 grams of lemon juice
- 600 grams of water

- The first thing we will do is clean the quail and pluck them perfectly. Then we put them in a roasting bag and add the cumin, the serfs, the chives, the paprika, the lemon juice and the oil to the bag. We close the bag and shake it very well so that it mix all the ingredients
