- 3-4 lemons
- 120 grams of butter
- 3 eggs
Instructions

- We rub the peel of two lemons or we finely cut only the yellow part, not the white one because it will bitter and
- we put it together with the icing sugar and program 15 seconds / speed 10
- Squeeze all the lemons.
- Add butter, eggs and lemon juice and program 20 minutes / 90 ° C / speed 2
- Finally, we program again 20 seconds / speed 6
