600 grams of chicken breast
2 courgettes
130 grams of finely grated Parmesan cheese
60 grams of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with non-stick paper and a little olive oil.
Cut the zucchini into pieces and crush in the Thermomix bowl, program.

Empty the glass of the thermomix and place the crushed courgettes on absorbent paper to remove all the liquid.
Wash and dry the Thermomix bowl well (it is important that it is dry). Pour the breadcrumbs together with the finely chopped parsley and 60 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, program.
