Ingredients

375 grams of chicken breast
lemon zest
lemon juice
500 grams of water
120 grams of carrot
200 grams of green asparagus, without the base
100 grams of cherry tomato
¾ teaspoon fine salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 bay leaves, dried
1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
