Ingredients
- 6 chicken or turkey breast fillets
- 6 slices of cooked ham
- 3 slices of cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- bunch parsley
- 10 grams oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Sauce:
- 60 grams raw tomato crushed
- 80 grams white wine
- 150 grams onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 150 grams red bell pepper
- 25 grams oil
- 250 grams water
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- To start we put the garlic, parsley, oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 5 seconds / speed 5
- spread the breast fillets well with the freshly chopped ingredients and fill it with 1/2 slice of ham and cheese, roll up and place the rolls on the varoma tray
- Once all the rolls are done, we reserve
- for the Sauce:
- Put the pepper in pieces, the garlic and the onion in our glass and program
- 2 seconds / speed 5
- add the oil and fry everything
- 10 minutes / varoma temperature / spoon speed
- add the tomato and fry again
- 3 minutes / varoma temperature / spoon speed
- Now add the white wine, the water, season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf, place the varoma container and program
- 25 minutes / Varoma temperature / turn left / speed 2
- Finally, we put the rolls in a pot, remove the bay leaf and blend the sauce.
- 25 seconds / speed 8
- then pour into the pot along with the rolls and cook 5 minutes over low heat
- pour the rolls into a bowl, cover with the sauce and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
