Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats

100 grams of oat flakes
3 ripe bananas
200 grams sour cream
180 grams of yogurt
150 grams of milk
30 grams of sunflower seeds
30 grams of flaxseed
1 ½ teaspoons cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ½ tablespoons sugar
For a lighter version, substitute low-fat, lactose-free, or low-sugar products for milk, yogurt, sour cream, and sugar.

Preparing Quick Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats

To begin the preparation of this easy and quick recipe, you must place the ripe bananas cut into pieces together with the cocoa, cinnamon and milk in the Thermomix bowl and program.
