Ingredients

  • 750 grams lemons without skin
  • 750 grams of sugar
  • 5 grams of pecticin
  • the peel of a lemon

Instructions

  1. We put the lemon in our thermomix glass and program 5 secs / speed 5
  2. We pour the sugar into our thermomix glass and program 30 minutes / varoma / speed 2
  3. We place the basket of our thermomix so that the water can evaporate
  4. And our lemon marmalade will be ready for consumption
