Ingredients of Lemon Curd with thermomix

1 liter of milk
The Skin of a Lemon (the yellow part)
70 grams Sugar.
2 envelopes of Curd.
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon.

Preparation of Lemon Curd with thermomix

To start we will put in our thermomix glass the lemon skin (only the yellow part because the bitter white part) and the sugar and pulverize everything
40 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
remove and reserve in a bowl
We put the milk and heat
40 seconds / 90ºC / speed 1
We added the curd envelopes and the bowl with the lemon and sugar that we had reserved, we also added the cinnamon and programmed
15 seconds / speed 5
then we reschedule
10 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
Once finished, we transfer it to the glasses, cover with aluminum foil and let it temper
once tempered we can put it in the fridge for 6 hours
and our lemon curd will be ready
