- 205 grams of carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 3 large eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 152 grams of cane sugar
- 252 grams of flour
- 102 grams of sunflower oil
- Orange liqueur
- A pinch of salt

- Put on your apron and follow our directions:
- Add the hazelnuts and carrots to the robot’s glass. Programme a
- speed / 15 seconds.
- Now add the sugar and the eggs. Programme a
- speed 1/4 minutes.
- Now it’s time to add the salt and oil. Put the robot to work a
- speed 3/5 seconds.
- Add about 200 grams of flour and a splash of liquor. Programme a
- speed 6 / 25 seconds.
- Add the yeast and vanilla. Programme a
