Put on your apron and follow these steps:
Add the cream and cheese to the robot’s glass. Programme a
speed 6/5 seconds.
Reserve.
Now add the rest of the ingredients that you have not used yet to the glass. Programme a
speed 4 / 100º / 5 minutes.
Pour the reserved mixture into the glass, except for about 105 grams that you will continue to reserve. Put the robot to work a
speed 5 / 30 seconds.
Pour butter into souffle molds and divide the contents of the glass between them. Of course, fill them only about ¾. Put them in the oven and keep them there a
180º / 20 minutes.
Take them out and pour the mixture you still had reserved on top and more gorgonzola, if desired.
