Today we have a recipe to make a sponge cake that is tremendously simple and it is one of those that comes out best, it is the famous carrot cake, it is a super easy cake to make in a few steps and you only have to wait a bit in the oven to have it perfectly ready

Carrot cake ingredients with thermomix

400 grams of carrots
1 plain yogurt
150 grams of sugar
50 grams of sunflower oil
250 grams of flour
1 sachet of Royal yeast
4 eggs
1 little bit of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
oil to grease the mold

Preparation of carrot cake with thermomix

The first thing we are going to do is heat the oven to 180 °C and meanwhile we will grease the mold that we are going to use with a little oil so that it does not stick to us.
once we have this ready we proceed with the ingredients
We wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces and put them in our Thermomix bowl, add the sugar and grind everything

after grinding, add the natural yogurt, the oil and the eggs and program
10 seconds / speed 7
once this step is done we will add a pinch of salt, spices, flour and yeast and mix all the ingredients perfectly for it we program

We take out our dough and put it in the greased mold that we had prepared
we put it in the oven and program
30-40 minutes / 180°C
we check that each oven is ready it will take a few minutes more or less, we let it cool down and our carrot cake with Thermomix will be ready to eat
