Ingredients

To be able to elaborate the vegetable milk that we are dealing with, you must gather the following products in the kitchen:
200 grams of peeled hazelnuts.
100 grams of sugar.
1 liter of water.
The juice of a lemon.

Instructions

Once you have proceeded to buy all those ingredients, you will have to follow these instructions that we propose:
Put the hazelnuts in a bowl with half a liter of water for a minimum of 2 hours.
Then drain them and add them to the glass of the robot. You will have to proceed to program this at progressive speed 5-7-10 during 1 minute.
Add the liter of water to the glass and program the Thermomix at the same speed and time as in the previous step.
Finally, pour the milk from the glass into a jug using a strainer.
Then add the sugar and the juice.
Finally stir everything until it is well mixed and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
