- 3 egg yolks and 1 white
- 152 grams of milk
- 51 grams of butter
- A little bit of salt

- Some food coloring
- 262 grams of sugar
- An envelope of vanilla sugar

Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Start by preparing the dough. To do this, add the butter, milk and sugar to the robot’s glass. Program a
- speed 2 / 37º / 1 minute.
- Then add the yeast and the yolks. Program a
- speed 4/10 seconds.
- Then add the salt and flour. Mix to
- speed 6/10 seconds.
- Then program

- Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes and after that time go back to programming
