- 100 grams of icing sugar
- 200 grams of hazelnuts
- 700 grams of milk, whole frozen in cubes
Preparation of quick hazelnut ice cream with thermomix
If you don’t know how to make icing sugar we leave you here the recipe
- Put the icing sugar and the hazelnuts in our Thermomix bowl (we leave some to decorate at the end) and program
- 20 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
- Add the frozen milk cubes and program
- 2 minutes / speed 5-6
- with the spatula we lower the part stuck to the sides and program again
- 1 minute / speed 5-6
