Ingredients of Hazelnut Meringue Milk with thermomix
- 200 grams sugar
- 150 grams hazelnuts, toasted
- 200 evaporated milk
- 80 grams powdered milk
- 2 egg whites
- 800 grams ice cubes
Preparation of Hazelnut Meringue Milk with thermomix
- We put the hazelnuts and the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and grind everything, for what we programmed
- 20 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
- Add the rest of the ingredients to our glass and program
- 3 minutes / progressive speed 5-10
- We serve immediately.
- If, on the other hand, we want our meringue milk for a lunch and dinner with friends and we have to have it prepared in advance, as soon as we finish making it, we put it in the freezer and 10 minutes before serving it to the table.
