Preparation of hazelnut milk with the Thermomix

1. Once you have proceeded to buy all these ingredients, you will have to follow these instructions that we propose:
2. Put the hazelnuts in a bowl with half a liter of water for a minimum of 2 hours.
3. Then drain them and add them to the robot glass. You should proceed to program this to progressive speed 5-7-10 for 1 minute.
4. Add the liter of water to the glass and program the Thermomix at the same speed and time as in the previous step.
5. Finally, pour the aforementioned milk from the glass into a jug using a strainer. Then add the sugar and juice.
6. Finally, stir everything until it is well mixed and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
