Donuts with Thermomix

Today we are going to make one of those desserts that we love both adults and children, ideal for both breakfast and snack
the classic donuts of all life

Ingredients to make Donuts with Thermomix:

For the mass:

470 gr. of strength flour.
50 gr. of icing sugar
50 gr. of butter.
1 teaspoon salt.
35 gr. of fresh pressed yeast.
140 gr. milk.
90 gr. of warm water.
400 gr. Of sunflower oil.

For the glaze:

120 gr. of icing sugar
40 gr. of warm water.
The skin of ½ lemon grated.

Preparation of the Donuts with Thermomix:

Put the flour, the icing sugar, the salt, the butter, the egg, the shredded yeast, the milk and the water in the glass.

Mix about 10 seconds at speed 4 and then program 4 minutes, spike speed.

Remove the dough from a bowl and let it stand until it doubles in size. (It is best to cover it with a cloth and the atmosphere is somewhat hot (25-30 °))

Sprinkle the countertop with flour and overturn the dough.

Knead until it is elastic and 1 cm. thick.

Cut the dough with the donut cutter.

Remove the leftover dough, knead it with your hands and stretch it again and cut it again with the cutter to throw away the least amount of dough possible.

Place the donuts on a tray with baking paper so they do not stick to the tray and let them stand for 1 hour.

Fry the donuts with plenty of oil, preventing them from browning excessively.

For the glaze: We put in the glass of our thermomix all the ingredients of icing sugar icing, warm water, grated lemon zest and mix 30 seconds at speed 3.

Pour into a bowl and paint the donuts with a brush.
