Melon tiramisu with thermomix

Instructions

1. To start preparing this succulent dessert you must prepare a syrup.
2. It is very easy to make them in our thermomix. Pour the measure of water and sugar and program. 7 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 2.
3. Let the syrup cool as it must be completely at natural temperature to be able to use it in the preparation. Moreover, to make the cream place the butterfly in its position inside the glass of the thermomix, add the two eggs and the yolk along with the sugar and vanilla sugar, program. 10 minutes / Temperature 80° / Speed 3.
4. When this cream is ready, remove it from the thermomix glass and pour it into a container to cool, set aside for a few minutes.
5. In the same glass of the thermomix and without removing the butterfly, pour the mascarpone cheese and melon liqueur mix, program. 30 seconds / Speed 1.
6. When the egg and sugar milkshake is cold, mix with the cheese and melon liqueur, program. 1 minute / Speed 2.
7. Pour the preparation into a container and reserve.
8. Then, cut the melon into small cubes and reserve, submerge each cake or cookie in syrup or sugar syrup, with these cookies cover the bottom of a mold or a few verrines.
9. Pour a layer of melon liquor cream, then place a few pieces of melon and repeat with another layer of biscuits or biscuits so several times until you cover the entire mold, ending with a layer of pieces of melon.
10. Cover the mold or molds with film to prevent the cream from hardening and refrigerate for 6 hours.
