Instructions

To make our recipe we put all the ingredients except the strawberries in our thermomix glass, water, sugar and lemon juice and program 20 seconds / speed 2.
Remove the measuring cup and make our syrup syrup programming 15 minutes / 100°C / speed 2.
Put the strawberries in glass jars and pour the syrup filling the jars.
Cover, leave them in the refrigerator for 24 hours and they are ready to eat.
If we want to preserve them we should pasteurize them, putting the jars in a pot to make the vacuum.
