Let's start our recipe by making the dough, and put in our thermomix glass, the egg, the butter, the sugar, the water and the salt and mix: 15 seconds / speed 5
Now add the flour and mix again 3 minutes / closed glass / spike speed
Take the dough out of the glass and put it in an airtight bowl and let it rest for 20 or 30 minutes
Let's go with the stuffing: we take the apples and we are going to cut them into small cubes and so that they don't rust, we are going to put a little bit of squeezed lemon on top, once this is done we reserve the apple
We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Add the walnuts to our glass without washing it, add the raisins, cinnamon, sugar and program 8 seconds / speed 5
We take out and reserve
We put a paper to bake with flour and we are going to put our dough extended on top with a roller, we must leave it very thin and in a triangular form we melt the butter and we paint with a brush the dough, we keep the rest of the butter and then we put to the dough above the mixture that we had saved of nuts, sugar and raisins
We put the diced apple and some of the butter, save some for later
With the baking paper we roll up the dough and squeeze it.
We pour a little water on the ends so that it seals well
Place the strudel on the oven tray lined with baking paper and paint with the remaining butter of the dough and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180ºC.
