The juice of 4 oranges.
Zest of an orange.
10 grams of Butter.
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
250 grams of sugar.
6 eggs

Preparation of orange arm with thermomix

Start by preheating the oven to 160°C.
After washing and drying the orange, grate the skin, taking care that it is only the orange part. Reserve the zest. With the same oranges, extract the orange juice until you have 200 grams.
