- 950 grams of aubergines with skin
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 100 grams of green pepper
- 190 grams of onion
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 1 garlic
- 400 grams of crushed natural tomato
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated cheese
- For the bechamel:
- 50 grams of flour
- 25 grams of butter
- 500 grams of milk
- 5 grams of olive oil
- Salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg to taste
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Cut the aubergines into slices and add salt to later place them on the Varoma tray.
- The onion, garlic, mushrooms and pepper must be peeled or cleaned, depending on each case, and then added to the glass of the robot. Program a
