Greek yogurt from stracciatella Thermomix

Instructions

1. We mix milk, cream, vanilla pod and sugar in our thermomix glass and program 8 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
2. We wait a few minutes until the temperature drops to about 40ºC
3. We add Greek yogurt and milk powder and program 1 minute / speed 3
4. We remove the vanilla pod from this point we can do it in 2 ways: With yogurt maker, the glasses of our yogurt maker are filled with the liquid resulting from the mixture of the ingredients and we follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the yogurt maker (they are usually 8 hours)
5. Once finished put in the refrigerator and once cold add the grated chocolate and cool again after removing it very well.
6. Without a yogurt maker, we put the contents of our glass into the robot's glass and wrap it overnight, that is, put a blanket or cloth over it. In this way, what is going to be achieved is that the necessary fermentation takes place so that the Greek yogurt is obtained
7. Then we make the same step as when leaving the yogurt maker, we put them in the fridge and once cold add the grated chocolate and return to cool after stirring it well.
8. Our Greek stracciatella yogurt with Thermomix will be ready to eat.
