30 g of hazelnuts
250 g of milk
80 g of butter
2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
Sugar 100g
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
600 g of baker’s flour
480g of Nutella

How to make Nutella Rolls with Thermomix

Place the hazelnuts in your glass and toast them
15 minutes / Varoma temp / Speed ​​2. Cut for 2 seconds / Turbo Speed.
Set aside.

Heat milk and butter for
3 minutes / 50 ° C / Speed ​​2.

Add the remaining ingredients of the dough and mix during
15 seconds / Speed ​​3.

Then, knead
8 minutes / kneading function.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured, non-stick silicone mat. Wrap the dough lightly to prevent it from drying out and allowing it to rise. Rest the dough in a warm place or set the oven to 30 ° C (defrosting setting) for 15 minutes. Pierce the dough and divide it in half.
