  • For the cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 500 grams of milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 40 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 40 grams of butter

  1. To prepare the cream, put all the ingredients in our thermomix glass (except the butter) and program 7 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
  2. We add the butter and program 7 seconds / speed 4
  3. We put the cream in a bowl to cool with a piece of film paper on top so that the top does not rust and does not crust
  4. If it then becomes too thick, we can program it again for 15 seconds / speed 4
  5. Prepare the dough Put the oil in the glass and heat for 3 minutes / 100ºC / speed 2
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for 20 seconds / speed 6
  7. Remove the dough and stretch it to make it thin. Cut it into triangles and fill them with the cream. Seal them with water, just as you do with the pasties.
  8. We can decorate with icing sugar on top and our bartolillos will be ready to eat
