For chocolate enthusiasts, today we are going to make a black chocolate ice cream.
That with these heats after lunch or dinner is going to thank a good ice cream with thermomix and healthy
1 tablet of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
250 gr. of sugar
150 gr. of whole milk
700 gr. of liquid cream
3 eggs
First we are going to create sugar by pulverizing the sugar, we put it in our thermomix and we program
7 seconds / speed 10
We incorporated the dark chocolate leaving a couple of ounces for the final decoration and programmed
5 seconds / speed 10
We add milk and eggs and reprogram
7 minutes / 90ºC / speed 5
We put the cream and mix everything
10 seconds / progressive speed 5-10
We put it in a bowl, take the 2 ounces of dark chocolate that we had reserved and we make small pieces to mix with the ice cream, we can do it to knife to the size that we like and then with a spoon mix it with the ice cream covered with paper film so that ice is not made over our ice cream and we put it a minimum of 6 hours in the freezer. Our chocolate ice cream will be ready to eat.
