Ingredients
1 kilo of clean Iberian cheeks
12 sheets of filo dough
6 or 7 garlic
300 grams of onion
150 grams of red wine
75 grams of olive oil
1 beaten egg
180 grams of carrot sliced
1 beef stock cube
Salt to taste
10 pitted dates
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the oil, onion and peeled garlic to the glass. Program a
speed 4/4 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 10 minutes.
Cut the cheeks into pieces and add them to the glass as well as the salt, dates, wine, carrot and pill. Program a
spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 60 minutes.
Cut the sheets of filo pasta into strips of an approximate size of 10 x 40 centimeters, add the contents of the glass to them and then proceed to fold them into a triangle shape. Then, put them on a baking sheet and brush them with the beaten egg.
