Old-fashioned Cheek ingredients with Thermomix

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 810 grams of cheeks cleaned and split in half
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 255 milliliters of meat broth
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 255 milliliters of water
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 52 grams of olive oil
  • 5 large garlic
  • A pinch of thyme

Old-fashioned cheek preparation with Thermomix

  1. When you already have all these products in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
